Florian Junge

Florian Junge is a self-taught sculptor born in Hamburg, Germany. He moved to Mozambique with his family as a young boy and then to South Africa at the start of his schooling career.

He acquired inspiration from his father whom he describes as being a true and natural artist at heart. Like father like son, Florian sees art in almost anything and transforms everyday articles into works of fine art. By using reclaimed items, predominantly reclaimed steel, he aims to express life, movement, action and the natural world.
